Superlum SLDs Now Available Below 660nm

Superlum SLDs Now Available Below 660nm

SUPERLUM is pleased to announce an expansion of the SLD-26 series wavelength to below 660nm. They are now available at 675nm, 665nm and 655nm. Compact 3-SLD lightsources with output power of 8-10mW and spectrum width of 30nm, currently the broadest SLD-based lightsources at this band, can be assembled by combining these SLDs into one lightsource by use of appropriate fiber couplers. Superlum is also planning the introduction of a new P/N at this band, namely, medium power SLDs with spectrum width exceeding 10nm.

Superlum Diodes pioneers a range of miniature fiber-coupled semiconductor superluminescent diodes at 840 nm designed for harsh-environment applications in the wide range of ambient temperatures from -50C to +125C. Several models are available with various combinations of spectrum width (up to 50 nm) and output power (10 mW and more ). The SLD modules have 14-pin butterfly design and can be easily integrated into systems in a wide range of industries including spectroscopy, fiber-optic sensors and avionics.
To learn more about these innovative game changer devices , make sure you visit our both #5445 at Photonics West from the 5th to the 7th of February 2019.
